MULTIMEDIA Intern/Coordinator

I started working for 12PLUS during the summer of 2017 as a Multimedia Intern. I was responsible for photographing events, filming and editing videos, designing merchandise and office materials, and assisting with other media related projects. I earned a part-time position as Multimedia Coordinator during the Fall of 2018.

During my time at 12PLUS, I’ve created three fundraising videos for the organization’s seasonal campaigns which collective raised over $35,000. I’ve designed staff business cards, info-graphics, postcards, website pages, t-shirts, and stickers. I also created Thank You videos for monthly donors at the beginning of each school year in addition to taking portraits of the new teams. My time with 12PLUS has taught me organizational skills, creative thinking, project and time management, and accepting constructive criticism all furthering my professional development.

My specific roles included taking pictures at assigned events, editing RAW files in Adobe Lightroom, sending them to our Social Media Coordinator, and archiving them accordingly. The following photos were taken at team photo-shoots, 12PLUS events (Mini-Olympics, Career Day), school graduations, and monthly visits to our partner schools.

Videos for 12PLUS

I am tasked with creating video projects for two annual fundraisers- one in the Spring and one in the Fall. In addition, I create other videos for our social media including interviews, behind the scenes videos, and Thank You videos.

During my last season, I directed The Story of 12PLUS. Using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, I animated library vectors and recorded staff voice-overs to make the history of 12PLUS come to life

Graphics for 12PLUS

I created graphics in Adobe Illustrator to make 12PLUS postcards, letterheads, business cards, vinyl stickers, mugs, and t-shirts.
